This Payment & Returns Policy describes how you can make payments or avail a refund or return of a payment or item when you make a purchase from www.E-Shakoosh.com.

TERMINOLOGY

The following terminology applies to this Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging onto this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to E-Shakoosh.com. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the UAE. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

MODIFICATIONS

Our T&C and all policies are up to date according to the UAE law.  We will update our website terms and conditions as necessary and will inform you by changing the date “last modified” above.  If any future modifications are unacceptable to you, you should stop using the system and services immediately. Your continued use of the E-Shakoosh.com services now or after the posting of any modifications will indicate your acceptance of these terms and any changes.

PAYMENT METHODS & SCHEDULING:

1. E-Shakoosh.com accepts payments by credit card by using the payment gateway that is accessible in our secure shopping cart.
2. E-Shakoosh also has a Cash on Delivery option, but this is dependent on the seller’s decision to accept cash on delivery, which they will make clear in their advertisements on the E-Shakoosh website.
3. We accept payments online using PayPal and other payment services cash-on-delivery where applicable. Differences between approximation in any foreign currency and actual billing price on/to the customer's account is probably attributable to different credit card companies charging different exchange rates and for further processing fees. E-Shakoosh.com will not be held responsible for different exchange rates used to calculate your charges to you PayPal account.
4. Payment is to be made in advance of receiving the product or service by using the payment gateway in our secure shopping cart.
5. Your purchase will be scheduled to be completed, only after payment has been received and you will be sent an email to that effect. Should the seller offer a Cash on Delivery option, you must be sure to select that choice during check-out to ensure your delivery is scheduled and you will receive an email to that effect.
6. By agreeing to this Payment & Returns Policy, you agree that all Credit/Debit Card details provided by you for the services on the E-Shakoosh.com website, will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the Credit/Debit Card which is lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a Credit/Debit card transaction, you must use your own Credit/Debit Card.
7. All Credit/Debit Cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties (expect the payment gateway, logistic partners and other parties who may work with us to process the transactions, unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order).
8. E-Shakoosh.com will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any Credit/Debit Card or any payment account fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the payment gateway provider and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.
9. E-Shakoosh.com reserves the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction, at our sole discretion, as part of our own fraud detection program.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

1. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping company used by the seller. If the seller does not use a shipping company, you may choose from any of the shipping and courier partners listed on the E-Shakoosh.com website.
2. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone or mobile number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
3. E-Shakoosh.com will not be held responsible under any circumstances, for any damages caused during delivery. The liability of delivery damages is entirely on you.
4. By using the delivery or courier services offered on the E-Shakoosh website, you agree that you are solely responsible for damages to goods and that E-Shakoosh.com is not liable in any way.
5. Should there be any dispute of delivery timings or schedules, or damages caused to property during shipment and delivery, you are responsible to resolve them with the seller / buyer and delivery / courier company that you made the agreement of delivery.

MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS

1. If you are a member of E-Shakoosh.com services and want to cancel your membership you may do so at any time, but you will not be refunded for your current membership after payment has been processed.
2. E-Shakoosh.com business memberships are a paid service and offer different subscriptions on to businesses that wish to sell their items on the E-Shakoosh.com website.
3. We offer an array of services with fees which can be viewed on the website by clicking on this link: www.E-Shakoosh.com
4. A Single Membership is intended by use for only the member who has registered the account. The contents of the material are not to be shared with anyone and multiple users on one account can result in the banning of your continued use of our service.

ITEM RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. In general, no return of items is accepted unless otherwise stated by the seller.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it and unused. Your item must be in its original packaging.
3. You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when you make a request for a return of the item and a refund.
4. Once we receive your request for a refund or return of the item, we will notify the seller of the product of your request.
5. If return is accepted by the seller, you will then be requested to send the item back to the seller. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Once the seller has received the item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item.
7.  If your return is approved, the seller will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will see the refund reflected on your credit card statement within 15 days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.

DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS

1. Any payments made for items pre-purchased using a discount offers or shopping vouchers, will not be refunded.
2. The pre-payment is considered to be a non-refundable deposit to participate in contests and will not be returned if you decide not to avail the discount or shopping voucher.
3. That % off offers and shopping vouchers payments are due in full prior to getting the services and when the payment is processed are considered non-refundable.
